    Who we are

Central Coast Deck Builders is a specialist deck building business operating on the NSW Central Coast. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

    Information we collect

When you request a quote or contact us through this website we collect: your name, phone number, email address, suburb or project address, and any project details you choose to share. We also collect basic technical information (IP address, device type, referring URL) for analytics and ad-conversion tracking.

    How we use your information

    • To respond to your quote request or enquiry.
    • To schedule and complete on-site measure-ups and works.
    • To send quotes, invoices and project communications.
    • To measure the performance of our advertising (e.g. Google Ads conversion tracking) in aggregate.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for unsolicited marketing.

    Third-party services & advertising

Quote-form submissions are transmitted to and processed by our customer-relationship management provider, GoHighLevel (LeadConnector HQ), which stores contact details so we can reply to your enquiry.

This site uses Google Ads conversion tracking and the Google tag (gtag.js) to measure the performance of our advertising. When you submit a quote form, a conversion event (containing no personally identifiable information beyond standard browser data such as IP address and referring URL) is sent to Google so we can attribute the lead to the ad that brought you to the page. Google may use this data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.

These providers act as processors on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy terms. We do not share your contact details with any other third parties for marketing purposes.

    Storage and security

We store enquiry data in secure cloud systems with access-controlled credentials. We retain enquiry records for as long as is reasonably necessary to provide our services and to meet record-keeping obligations.

    Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us on the phone number below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

    Cookies

This site uses essential cookies and analytics cookies to understand site usage and measure ad performance. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not function without them.
